Japan achieved remarkable economic growth during the Showa era, often referred to as the "Asian Miracle," driven by its population bonus.
The corporate rules, business processes, procedures, and systems developed during that time functioned effectively within the social environment of the era.
However, as the population bonus era has come to an end and labor shortages intensify, we must now update the systems of society that were built on the assumption of continuous population growth.
At Studist, we focus on operations—the operating system of organizational management.
By promoting visualization, standardization, simplification, and systemization (thorough implementation) of business activities, we work to modernize operations.
