Junior Sales Consultant

Scope of Work

  • Support Sales Consultants to identify and nurture sales opportunities, such as preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and following up with potential clients.
  • Assist in responding to inbound inquiries from interested leads as a first contact point (inside sales role), and pass qualified opportunities to senior members.
  • Join client meetings and product demonstrations together with senior members to learn how our solutions solve real-world business challenges.
  • Support onsite and online verification at client sites (PoC, pilot use, and field research) to understand customers' operations and needs.
  • Help create and update simple sales documents, proposals, and internal reports.
  • Collaborate with other teams to share customer feedback and improve our product and sales materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and helping businesses solve their problems
  • Eager to learn SaaS/technology products and business operations
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible working attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed

Nice to Have

  • Having experience in the SaaS/Technology-related fields
  • Having experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country
